Chenal Marketplace Change in Ownership and Management

Chenal Marketplace at Chenal Parkway and Kanis Road in West Little Rock is under new ownership. Wes Martin, vice president of Hathaway Group, led and represented a group of local real estate investors — Chenal Marketplace LLC — in the purchase.

The property includes two multi-tenant buildings and three single-tenant buildings leased to Starbucks, Tide Cleaners, Arvest Bank, Chuy’s, Westrock Orthodontics, Mellow Mushroom, Dental Solutions, Best Nails and U Salon.

Hathaway Group will manage and lease the property going forward, although there is no available space at this time. 

“The previous ownership developed a strong retail tenant mix based in the service and food and beverage industries,” said Martin. “The tenants complement the Kroger Marketplace, which is a strong daily-use driver for the shopping center.”
