Hathaway Group brokered the lease agreement for Empower Healthcare Solutions at 17500 Chenal Parkway in west Little Rock.
Hathaway Group Executive Vice President Stuart Mackey, CCIM, SIOR, represented Empower. Mark Bentley and Justin Bentley of Colliers Arkansas represented the landlord.
Empower occupies 15,313 square feet of space, which is about half a floor, in the USAble Life building. This is the second deal Hathaway has brokered on behalf of Empower, an organization that helps patients in Arkansas with quality health care and medical care needs, including insurance.
“Empower was looking for amenities that would be appreciated by their staff members,” Mackey said. “Notable in the lease was the client’s desire to have an education space within the office. They are bringing people back in for trainings and system updates.”
